Secured PDFs Require the FileOpen Plug-in
PDFs have Digital Rights Management (DRM) software installed. In order to read the DRM-enabled PDF, you will need to install the following tools.
Important Notifications
PDFs are encrypted and will only open if Adobe Acrobat and the FileOpen Acrobat plug-in are installed on your device.
PDFs will not open in your browser or another PDF reader.
An active internet connection is required when downloading a PDF.
