All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of invoice and must be pre-approved by NEMA.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Purchases of downloadable documents are final and cannot be returned for refund or credit.
Any sealed products that have been opened or tampered with cannot be returned for refund or credit.
